Shooting Faith's senior portrait session brought back many fond memories from this past summer. And, it reminds us of the fun we'll be having once again soon! Faith had such a good time during her session. Not only did she follow directions for poses, but she came up with many on her own just being herself! Here's a few from the shoot....
Shannon and Darwin were so great to work with and did a fantastic job during their recent engagement session. This couple just went with the flow. Despite crutches (from a recent basketball injury) Darwin came on board like nothing else. And....since this couple lives in Bottineau, they couldn't just run back home after forgetting his shirt! Nothing like a little trip to the mall for a black shirt before an engagement shoot. The bottom line...they were both calm. What a great trait for an upcoming wedding this spring! We're looking forward to the big day.....Here's a few of our favorites from the shoot followed by a video of additional photographs from our fun time.
We start part 2 with the ceremony...
Lindsey...What did the pastor say that created this little wink?!!!
"You may now kiss the bride!"
They had a very beautiful cake from Marketplace Foods...
The reception was decorated so well with many details....
Congrats once again Brandon and Lindsey....Check back soon for a video slideshow with more wedding day pictures.
Our church celebrated a weekend of missions events including a banquet Saturday night (picture shown below) and also a combined Sunday morning service which brought many blessings including a Parade of Nations (video below).
Zollie Smith Jr., executive director of U.S. Missions for the Assemblies of God, was our guest speaker. You can find more information regarding his ministry by visiting http://usmissions.ag.org/ We were truly blessed and challenged through his ministry.
An important element of our mission's weekend is spreading the awareness of the need for missionaries. The church set a record of receiving faith promises in excess of $220,000 for 2009.
One of the table signs at the banquet summed it up....
On Sunday, we celebrated a combined service which featured a fun parade represenating all the countries that are supported through missions.
Lindsey and Brandon were married last weekend and what a day! Posting these wedding photos really brought us back to the day - one that was so fun, calm, relaxing and full of cheer. We were so honored to be able to be a part of this wedding - what a beautiful family in every direction.
Starting with Lindsey's gorgeous dress:

Getting ready - what helpers!
Lindsey and Brandon decided they wanted a first look. This is such a special time for the bride and groom.
S-T-U-N-N-I-N-G!!!
The wedding party endured a very cold day with wind for this quick shot!
Once again...a stunning and beautiful bride.
The grand entrance...
Check back tomorrow for part two with images from the ceremony and reception.
Amy was able to capture some smiles of Ellia today. Lately, mom has been able to see all the smiles and when it comes time for daddy to see them, it's nap time for little girl! Well, good thing for video cams.
We'll be posting this past Saturday's wedding soon, too!
Greetings! We have this little goal to blog 2-3 times per week...hmmmmm, no problem, right?! Well, slowly but surely we will make goal and be consistent. We sure appreciate all the wonderful comments that come through in person, on our blog, through email and even on the phone with requests to continue posting those shots of Ellia! We're a bit behind on blogging our little daughter, but here's a shot of her at 3 weeks for now. We have more fun shots to share of our little sweetheart and we'll get them up soon. Again and again...thank you so much for all the wonderful and encouraging words....
Alright....the screenshot from the video below looks like I'm half asleep, but I can assure you I was alert! Hey, it's our first video post - we have to start somewhere! We'll get this flip video thing perfected one day.
Keep checking back for additional video posts with all sorts of fun stuff as well as additional news and informational clips with promotions, session updates and more!
